Acumen Online is the Behaviour & Attitudes consumer panel. We provide research services to a range of Irish and international companies, advertising professionals, media publishers etc. The type of surveys conducted ranges from monthly reports featuring the top websites used across the Island of Ireland to social opinion polls, through to new concept testing. All research reports produced through Acumen Online are demographically controlled in accordance with the broader population, as identified by way of an annual nationwide Establishment Survey, combined with Government population statistics.
The Acumen Panel is a panel of people across the Island of Ireland who have volunteered to complete market research studies: with thousands of members across the whole island of Ireland, the Panel is always growing, and we're always welcoming new members.
In return for your generosity in giving your time to complete the surveys we award points as rewards, known as sharepoints. These points can be redeemed for vouchers and charity donations. We try not to impose too much on your time and goodwill, and our intention is that we would limit the number of surveys available to you to no more than 10 each month.
At Acumen Online we carry out market research surveys for most of the major brand and consumer goods companies in Ireland. On their behalf, we will ask you for your opinion on their products, your interests, your views on economic/current affairs, etc. We then collate this information and report back the results to the client.
We understand that your opinion counts and we value this. Some of the greatest inventions and advertising concepts have been based on consumer feedback. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we take care to safeguard it.

Behaviour and Attitudes is Ireland’s second largest custom research agency, and the largest and most experienced independently owned Research Company in the country. They are members of ESOMAR and AIMRO. They are probably best known for their Irish Times Social Poll series, but they have been conducting market research for over 30 years for all of the top brands you know and love!
